परैर् असमितः शब्दः स्व संज्ञा ॥
Words which are not used by others in the special sense in which they are used by the author are his own technical terms.
english translation
parair asamitaH zabdaH sva saMjJA ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscript"प्रथमा प्रकृतिः, तस्य भूम्य् अनन्तरा द्वितीया, भूम्य् एक अन्तरा तृतीया" इति ॥
for example: "He who is close to the conqueror's territory is the first member; next to him comes the second member; and next to the second comes the third."

"prathamA prakRtiH, tasya bhUmy anantarA dvitIyA, bhUmy eka antarA tRtIyA" iti ॥
