Arthashastra
कार्तान्तिक व्यञ्जनो वा कन्याम् अन्येन वृताम् अन्यस्य प्ररूपयेत् "अमुष्य कन्या राज पत्नी राज प्रसविनी च भविष्यति, सर्व स्वेन प्रसह्य वा एनां लभस्व" इति ॥
A spy, under the guise of an astrologer, may describe to a chief the destiny of a maiden who is at the point of being married to another, and say: "This man's daughter deserves to be the wife of a king and will bring forth a son, destined to be a king; purchase her with all your wealth, or seize her by force."
english translation
kArtAntika vyaJjano vA kanyAm anyena vRtAm anyasya prarUpayet "amuSya kanyA rAja patnI rAja prasavinI ca bhaviSyati, sarva svena prasahya vA enAM labhasva" iti ॥
