Arthashastra
ततस् तद् व्यञ्जनाः प्रक्रोशेयुः "असौ ब्रह्महा ब्राह्मणी जारश् च" इति ॥
Spies, selected suitably, should accuse (the chiefs) by saying: "This man is the slayer of a Bráhman and also the adulterer of a Bráhman woman."
english translation
tatas tad vyaJjanAH prakrozeyuH "asau brahmahA brAhmaNI jAraz ca" iti ॥
