बलवन्तम् अन्याय वृत्तिं दुर्बलं वा न्याय वृत्तिम् इति बलवन्तम् अन्याय वृत्तिं यायात् ॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptबलवन्तम् अन्याय वृत्तिम् अभियुक्तं प्रकृतयो न अनुगृह्णन्ति, निष्पातयन्ति, अमित्रं वा अस्य भजन्ते ॥
The strong enemy of wicked character should be marched against, for when he is attacked, his subjects will not help him, but rather put him down or go to the side of the conqueror.

balavantam anyAya vRttim abhiyuktaM prakRtayo na anugRhNanti, niSpAtayanti, amitraM vA asya bhajante ॥

But when the enemy of virtuous character is attacked, his subjects will help him or die with him.
