तुल्यानां वा यस्य प्रकृतयः सुख्येयुर् एनम्, यत्रस्थो वा शक्नुयाद् आत्मानम् उद्धर्तुम्, यत्र वा पूर्व पुरुष उचिता गतिर् आसन्नः सम्बन्धो वा, मित्राणि भूयांस्य् अतिशक्तिमन्ति वा भवेयुः ॥

or from any other king whose subjects are so disposed as to increase his happiness and peace, with whose help he may be able to recover his lost position, with whom his ancestors were in close intimacy, or blood relationship, and in whose kingdom he can find a number of powerful friends.
