सामन्त चत्वारिंशत् कुल्येषु गृह-प्रतिमुखे वेश्म श्रावयेयुः, सामन्त ग्राम वृद्धेषु क्षेत्रम् आरामं सेतु बन्धं तटाकम् आधारं वा मर्यादासु यथा सेतु भोगं "अनेन अर्घेण कः क्रेता" इति ॥
Accurate description of the exact boundaries of fields, gardens, buildings of any kind, lakes or tanks shall be declared before the elders of the village or of the neighbourhood.
