राष्ट्र पीडा करं भाण्डम् उच्छिन्द्याद् अफलं च यत् । महा उपकारम् उच्छुल्कं कुर्याद् बीजं च दुर्लभम् ॥

Whatever causes harm or is useless to the country shall be shut out; and whatever is of immense good as well as seeds not easily available shall be let in free of toll.

english translation

rASTra pIDA karaM bhANDam ucchindyAd aphalaM ca yat । mahA upakAram ucchulkaM kuryAd bIjaM ca durlabham ॥
