"अननुरूपं भवतः" इत्य् उपालम्भः ॥
To say that 'it is not worthy of thee,' is censure (upálambhah).

"ananurUpaM bhavataH" ity upAlambhaH ॥

To say as 'do not do so,' is prohibition (pratishedha).

"mA kArSIH" iti pratiSedhaH ॥

To say that 'this should be done,' is command (chódaná).

"idaM kriyatAm" iti codanA ॥

To say 'what I am, thou art that; whichever article is mine is thine also, is conciliation (sántvam).

"yo ahaM sa bhavAn, yan mama dravyaM tad bhavataH" ity upagrahaH sAntvam ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptव्यसन साहाय्यम् अभ्युपपत्तिः ॥
To hold out help in trouble is promise of help (abhyavapattih).
