Arthashastra
अतिवृष्टिर् अवृष्टिर् वा सृष्टिर् वा या आसुरी भवेत् । तस्याम् आथर्वणं कर्म सिद्ध आरम्भाश् च सिद्धयः ॥
Whether demoniacal troubles are absent, or are too many, or normal, the rites prescribed in the Atharvaveda as well as the rites undertaken by accomplished ascetics are to be performed for success.

ativRSTir avRSTir vA sRSTir vA yA AsurI bhavet । tasyAm AtharvaNaM karma siddha ArambhAz ca siddhayaH ॥
