तत्र द्वावन्त्यावसाध्यौ मूढगर्भौ, शेषानपि विपरीतेन्द्रियार्थाक्षेपकयोनिभ्रंशसंवरणमक्कल्लश्वासकासभ्रमनिपीडितान् परिहरेत् ||६||

Among these, there are two types of Mudha-garbha that are considered incurable. The remaining types may be addressed by managing the symptoms caused by reverse sensory experiences, obstruction of the birth canal, and disturbances such as excessive coughing, breathlessness, and disorientation.

इनमें, दो प्रकार के मूढगर्भ ऐसे हैं जिन्हें अवसाध्य माना जाता है। शेष प्रकारों का उपचार उन लक्षणों को प्रबंधित करके किया जा सकता है जो विपरीत इंद्रिय अनुभव, जन्म नली में रुकावट, और अत्यधिक खांसी, श्वास की कमी, और भ्रम जैसी परेशानियों से उत्पन्न होते हैं।

भवन्ति चात्र- कालस्य परिणामेन मुक्तं वृन्ताद्यथा फलम् | प्रपद्यते स्वभावेन नान्यथा पतितुं ध्रुवम् ||७||

Due to the influence of time, a fetus is expelled from its attachment to the womb, just as a fruit naturally falls from its stem; it is bound to fall and cannot remain otherwise.
