यं वै श्वसन्तमनु विश्वसृजः श्वसन्ति यं चेकितानमनु चित्तय उच्चकन्ति । भूमण्डलं सर्षपायति यस्य मूर्ध्नि तस्मै नमो भगवतेऽस्तु सहस्रमूर्ध्ने ।। ६-१६-४८ ।।

sanskrit

My dear Lord, it is after You endeavor that Lord Brahmā, Indra and the other directors of the cosmic manifestation become occupied with their activities. It is after You perceive the material energy, My Lord, that the senses begin to perceive. The Supreme Personality of Godhead holds all the universes on His heads like seeds of mustard. I offer my respectful obeisances unto You, that Supreme Personality, who has thousands of hoods. ।। 6-16-48 ।।

english translation

हे भगवान्! आपकी चेष्टा से ही भगवान् ब्रह्मा, इन्द्र तथा दृश्य जगत के अन्य अधीक्षक अपने अपने कार्यों में निरत हो जाते हैं। हे ईश्वर! आपके द्वारा भौतिक शक्ति को देखे जाने पर ही इन्द्रियाँ देख पाती हैं। अनन्त भगवान् समस्त ब्रह्माण्डों को अपने सर पर सरसों के बीजों के समान धारण किये रहते हैं। हे सहस्र-फण वाले परम पुरुष! मैं आपको सादर नमस्कार करता हूँ। ।। ६-१६-४८ ।।

yaM vai zvasantamanu vizvasRjaH zvasanti yaM cekitAnamanu cittaya uccakanti | bhUmaNDalaM sarSapAyati yasya mUrdhni tasmai namo bhagavate'stu sahasramUrdhne || 6-16-48 ||
