अथानयापि न भवत इज्ययोरुभारभरया समुचित- मर्थमिहोपलभामहे ॥ ५-३-७ ॥
We have engaged in Your worship with many things and have offered sacrifices unto You, but we think that there is no need for so many arrangements to please Your Lordship. ॥ 5-3-7 ॥

हमने आपकी पूजा में आपको अनेक वस्तुएँ अर्पित की हैं और आपके लिए अनेक यज्ञ किये हैं, किन्तु हम सोचते हैं कि आपको प्रसन्न करने के लिए इतने सारे आयोजनों की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है। ॥ ५-३-७ ॥
