एतेषां नाममात्रेण त्रिपुंड्रं धारयेद्बुधाः १०२ब्। कुर्याद्वा षोडशस्थाने त्रिपुण्ड्रं तु समाहितः १०२ ।
By merely uttering the names of these (deities), a wise person should wear the Tripundra (three horizontal marks) on their forehead. Alternatively, one should apply the Tripundra at the sixteen places, concentrating and performing it with devotion.
