Shiva Purana
काश्मीरे स्फाटिके रात्ने ज्योतिर्लिंगेषु सर्वशः । चान्द्रायणसमं प्रोक्तं शंभोर्नैवेद्यभक्षणम् १४ ।
In Kashmir, in all the Jyotirlingas, especially those made of crystal and gems, it is said that consuming the offerings (naivedya) is not permissible, similar to the restrictions of the Chandra Yana fast.
english translation
kAzmIre sphATike rAtne jyotirliMgeSu sarvazaH । cAndrAyaNasamaM proktaM zaMbhornaivedyabhakSaNam 14 ।
