Shiva Purana
या ते हेतिरिति प्रेम्णा ऋक्चतुष्केण वैदिकः । शिवाय विधिना भक्तश्चरेद्वस्त्रसमर्पणम् २४ ।
The pious follower of Vedic rites shall make an offering of cloth (vastrasamarpaṇa) duly to Śiva with the four hymns beginning with “Yā te heti”॥ 27॥ etc.
english translation
yA te hetiriti premNA RkcatuSkeNa vaidikaH । zivAya vidhinA bhaktazcaredvastrasamarpaNam 24 ।
