Shiva Purana
या ते हेतिरिति प्रेम्णा ऋक्चतुष्केण वैदिकः । शिवाय विधिना भक्तश्चरेद्वस्त्रसमर्पणम् २४ ।
The pious follower of Vedic rites shall make an offering of cloth (vastrasamarpaṇa) duly to Śiva with the four hymns beginning with “Yā te heti”[27] etc.
english translation
yA te hetiriti premNA RkcatuSkeNa vaidikaH । zivAya vidhinA bhaktazcaredvastrasamarpaNam 24 ।
