श्वादिभिर्दूषितानां च भस्मना शुद्धिरिष्यते । सजलं निर्जलं भस्म यथायोग्यं तु योजयेत् 1-18-६० ।
So also the objects defiled by dogs etc. The ashes shall be used with or without water according to necessity.
english translation
zvAdibhirdUSitAnAM ca bhasmanA zuddhiriSyate । sajalaM nirjalaM bhasma yathAyogyaM tu yojayet 1-18-60 ।
