बिंदुनादात्मकं सर्वं जगत्स्थावरजंगमम् । बिंदुः शक्तिः शिवो नादः शिवशक्त्यात्मकं जगत् ८७ ।
The entire universe consisting of the movable and the immovable is of the nature of Bindu (dot) and Nāda (sound). Bindu is Śakti (Power) and Śiva is Nāda. Hence the universe is pervaded by Śiva and Śakti.
