पूजयेद्बिल्वमूलं यो गंधपुष्पादिभिर्नरः । शिवलोकमवाप्नोति संततिर्वर्द्धते सुखम् २७ ।

sanskrit

The man who worships the root of a Bilva tree offering scents and flowers attains the region of Śiva. His happiness increases; his family flourishes.

english translation

pUjayedbilvamUlaM yo gaMdhapuSpAdibhirnaraH | zivalokamavApnoti saMtatirvarddhate sukham 27 |
