नीलग्रीवाय मंत्रेण नमःपूर्वेण भक्तिमान् । चरेच्छंकरलिंगस्य प्रतिष्ठापनमुत्तमम् १४ ।

sanskrit

The excellent installation of the phallic image of Śiva shall be made devoutly with the mantra “Namaḥ Nīla-grīvāya[7]” (obeisance to the blue-necked).

english translation
