बुद्धिस्तु कार्यं प्रकृतेस्तत्सृष्टिरिति कथ्यते । पुनर्महाप्रसादेन प्रकृतिर्वशमेष्यति २१ ।

sanskrit

The cosmic intellect is only an effect of the Prakṛti. The control of Intellect is called Sārṣṭī—a form of liberation wherein the devotee has the same rank and power as Śiva. Then due to a further great favour of Śiva, the Prakṛti comes under control.

english translation

buddhistu kAryaM prakRtestatsRSTiriti kathyate | punarmahAprasAdena prakRtirvazameSyati 21 |
