भं वृद्धिं गच्छतीत्यर्थाद्भगः प्रकृतिरुच्यते । प्राकृतैः शब्दमात्राद्यैः प्राकृतेंद्रियभोजनात् १०१ ।

sanskrit

The world bhaga means the primordial nature because it increases and flourishes.

english translation

bhaM vRddhiM gacchatItyarthAdbhagaH prakRtirucyate | prAkRtaiH zabdamAtrAdyaiH prAkRteMdriyabhojanAt 101 |

hk transliteration

भगस्येदं भोगमिति शब्दार्थो मुख्यतः श्रुतः । मुख्यो भगस्तु प्रकृतिर्भगवाञ्छिव उच्यते १०२ ।

sanskrit

The Śabdamātrā etc. (the cosmic sound principle i.e. all objects of enjoyment) evolved out of Prakṛti, being enjoyed by the sense organs; the word Bhoga comes to mean that which gives Bhaga. The principal Bhaga is of course the Prakṛti and Bhagavān is Lord Śiva Himself.

english translation

bhagasyedaM bhogamiti zabdArtho mukhyataH zrutaH | mukhyo bhagastu prakRtirbhagavAJchiva ucyate 102 |

hk transliteration

भगवान्भोगदाता हि नाऽन्यो भोगप्रदायकः । भगस्वामी च भगवान्भर्ग[१] इत्युच्यते बुधैः १०३ ।

sanskrit

The lord alone is the bestower of enjoyment (Bhoga) and not anyone else. The Lord who is the master of Bhaga is called Bharga by wise men.

english translation

bhagavAnbhogadAtA hi nA'nyo bhogapradAyakaH | bhagasvAmI ca bhagavAnbharga[1] ityucyate budhaiH 103 |

hk transliteration

भगेन सहितं लिंगं भगंलिंगेन संयुतम् । इहामुत्र च भोगार्थं नित्यभोगार्थमेव च १०४ ।

sanskrit

The phallus is united with vagina and vagina is united with phallus. For the sake of perpetual enjoyment here.

english translation

bhagena sahitaM liMgaM bhagaMliMgena saMyutam | ihAmutra ca bhogArthaM nityabhogArthameva ca 104 |

hk transliteration

भगवंतं महादेवं शिवलिंगं प्रपूजयेत् । लोकप्रसविता सूर्यस्तच्चिह्नं प्रसवाद्भवेत् १०५ ।

sanskrit

And hereafter the devotee shall worship the phallic emblem which is lord Śiva Himself. He is the sun giving birth and sustenance to the worlds. His symbol is justified in the coming into existence of things.

english translation

bhagavaMtaM mahAdevaM zivaliMgaM prapUjayet | lokaprasavitA sUryastaccihnaM prasavAdbhavet 105 |
