पालने हि महाधर्मः प्रजानामिह दृश्यते ।। न तथा दृश्यतेऽरण्ये मा तेऽभूद्बुद्धिरीदृशी ।। २१।।

Great virtue accrues from the protection of the subjects. A similar opportunity is wanting in the forest. Let not your mind be directed that way.

pAlane hi mahAdharmaH prajAnAmiha dRzyate || na tathA dRzyate'raNye mA te'bhUdbuddhirIdRzI || 21||
