वृक्षक्षयं ततो दृष्ट्वा किंचिच्छेषेषु शाखिषु ॥ उपगम्याब्रवीदेतान्राजा सोमः प्रतापवान् ॥ ३३ ॥

On seeing the destruction of trees and observing that only a few trees were left, the valorous king Soma approached them and said.

english translation

vRkSakSayaM tato dRSTvA kiMciccheSeSu zAkhiSu ॥ upagamyAbravIdetAnrAjA somaH pratApavAn ॥ 33 ॥
