Shiva Purana
एवं चारिष्टभेदस्तु बाह्यस्थः समुदाहृतः ॥ मानुषाणां हितार्थाय संक्षेपेण वदाम्यहम् ॥ २९ ॥
Thus the evil portents of an external nature have been explained to you. For the benefit of human beings I shall mention succinctly.
