यादृशं मन्यते सौख्यं गंडे पूतिविनिर्गमात् ॥ तादृशं स्त्रीषु मन्तव्यं नाधिकं तासु विद्यते ॥ ५७ ॥

The pleasure in women is similar to the pleasure that is felt when the pus comes out of a swollen tumour. It is nothing more than that.

english translation

yAdRzaM manyate saukhyaM gaMDe pUtivinirgamAt ॥ tAdRzaM strISu mantavyaM nAdhikaM tAsu vidyate ॥ 57 ॥
