अथ विष्णुर्महाभक्तो देवानां हितकारकः ॥ मदीरितमुवाचेदं सुरकार्यं महत्तरम् ॥ १२ ॥

sanskrit

Then Viṣṇu, the great devotee and benefactor of the gods mentioned the matter of great importance of the gods as mentioned by me (before).

english translation

atha viSNurmahAbhakto devAnAM hitakArakaH ॥ madIritamuvAcedaM surakAryaM mahattaram ॥ 12 ॥
