ब्रह्मोवाच ॥ ततस्तस्य मुनेः श्रुत्वा वचनं कुपितो हरिः ॥ चक्रमुद्यम्य संतस्थौ दिधक्षुमुनिसत्तमम् ॥ १५ ॥

sanskrit

Brahmā said: Then, on hearing the words of the sage, Viṣṇu became angry. He lifted his discus and stood as if he would burn the excellent sage.

english translation

brahmovAca ॥ tatastasya muneH zrutvA vacanaM kupito hariH ॥ cakramudyamya saMtasthau didhakSumunisattamam ॥ 15 ॥
