ऋभुभिस्तैर्महावीरैर्हन्यमानास्समन्ततः ॥ अयत्नयानाः प्रमथा उशद्भिर्ब्रह्मतेजसा ॥२६॥
The sensible devas, Viṣṇu and others, became agitated on pondering over the results of Pramathas’ destruction and routing.

RbhubhistairmahAvIrairhanyamAnAssamantataH ॥ ayatnayAnAH pramathA uzadbhirbrahmatejasA ॥26॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएवं शिवगणास्ते वै हता विद्राविता द्रुतम् ॥ शिवेच्छया महाशक्त्या तदद्भुतमिवाऽभवत् ॥२७॥
It had been the desire of Śiva of the great Śakti that the attendants were killed and routed quickly. It was a wonderful scene.

evaM zivagaNAste vai hatA vidrAvitA drutam ॥ zivecchayA mahAzaktyA tadadbhutamivA'bhavat ॥27॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतद्दृष्ट्वा ऋषयो देवाश्शक्राद्यास्समरुद्गणाः ॥ विश्वेश्विनौ लोकपालास्तूष्णीं भूतास्तदाऽभवन् ॥२८॥
On seeing this, the sages, Indra and other devas, the Maruts, the Viśvedevas, the Aśvins and the guardians of the quarters kept silent.

taddRSTvA RSayo devAzzakrAdyAssamarudgaNAH ॥ vizvezvinau lokapAlAstUSNIM bhUtAstadA'bhavan ॥28॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकेचिद्विष्णुं प्रभुं तत्र प्रार्थयन्तस्समन्ततः ॥ उद्विग्ना मन्त्रयंतश्च विप्राभावं मुहुर्मुहुः॥२९॥
Some of them went to request and consult with Viṣṇu frequently for preventing obstacles. They were greatly agitated.
