द्रव्यमंत्रादिकं सर्वं हव्यं कव्यं च यन्मयम् ॥ शंभुना हि विना तेन कथं यज्ञः प्रवर्तितः ॥१२॥

The articles of offerings, the mantra, the Havya and Kavya॥ 1॥, everything is identical with Śiva. How is it that the sacrifice is being performed without Him?

english translation

dravyamaMtrAdikaM sarvaM havyaM kavyaM ca yanmayam ॥ zaMbhunA hi vinA tena kathaM yajJaH pravartitaH ॥12॥
