महादेवं विरूपाक्षं चन्द्रार्द्धकृतशेखरम् ॥ अमृतं शाश्वतं स्थाणुं नीलकंठं पिनाकिनम् ॥ ५ ॥

Mahadeva is the Great God who has uneven or three eyes and wears the crescent moon on his head. He is immortal, eternal, and immovable. He is the blue-throated one who wields the mighty Pināka bow.

english translation

mahAdevaM virUpAkSaM candrArddhakRtazekharam ॥ amRtaM zAzvataM sthANuM nIlakaMThaM pinAkinam ॥ 5 ॥
