ते सेने सुरदैत्यानां शुशुभाते परस्परम् ।। हंतुकामे तदान्योन्यं स्तूयमाने च बन्दिभिः ।।2.4.7.२०।।

With the bards singing their songs of praise, the armies of the gods and the Asuras shone in their eagerness to pounce on and crush each other.

te sene suradaityAnAM zuzubhAte parasparam || haMtukAme tadAnyonyaM stUyamAne ca bandibhiH ||2.4.7.20||
