इत्थम्व्यतीयुर्दिवसा बहवो वसतां च तत् ॥ सप्तर्षीन्प्रेषयामासुर्गिरीशान्ते ततस्सुराः ॥ २६ ॥

Thus many days elapsed as the gods continued to stay there. Then the gods sent the seven sages to the lord of the mountains.
