जनार्दनोऽपि भगवान्वचनाच्छङ्करस्य च ॥ प्राप्य चक्रं शुभं तद्वै जहर्षाति स्वचेतसि ॥ ३६ ॥
After securing the auspicious discus and hearing the words of Śiva, lord Viṣṇu was extremely delighted in his mind.
english translation
janArdano'pi bhagavAnvacanAcchaGkarasya ca ॥ prApya cakraM zubhaM tadvai jaharSAti svacetasi ॥ 36 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकृत्वा ध्यानं च तच्छम्भोः स्तोत्रमेतन्निरन्तरम् ॥ पपाठाध्यापयामास भक्तेभ्यस्तदुपादिशत्॥ ३७॥
Meditating on Śiva, he repeated the hymn incessantly and instructed the devotees too in this.
english translation
kRtvA dhyAnaM ca tacchambhoH stotrametannirantaram ॥ papAThAdhyApayAmAsa bhaktebhyastadupAdizat॥ 37॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइति पृष्टं मयाख्यातं शृण्वताम्पापहारकम्॥ अतःपरं च किं श्रेष्ठाः प्रष्टुमिच्छथ वै पुनः॥ ३८॥
O excellent ones, thus I have narrated the story in accordance with your enquiry. It destroys the sins of those who listen to it. What then do you wish to ask?

iti pRSTaM mayAkhyAtaM zRNvatAmpApahArakam॥ ataHparaM ca kiM zreSThAH praSTumicchatha vai punaH॥ 38॥
