Shiva Purana
धनुर्धरो धनुर्वेदो गुणः शशिगुणाकरः॥ सत्यस्सत्यपरोऽदीनो धर्मो गोधर्मशासनः॥ ३०॥
He is the bearer of the bow and the knower of the bow. Truthfulness is truthful and the other is humble and righteousness is the rule of cow righteousness.
