अजातशत्रुरालोकः संभाव्यो हव्यवाहनः ॥ लोककरो वेदकरः सूत्रकारः सनातनः ॥ १६ ॥

The light of the unborn enemy is likely to be the carrier of the sacrifice. He is the doer of the worlds and the doer of the Vedas and the eternal formulator.

english translation

ajAtazatrurAlokaH saMbhAvyo havyavAhanaH ॥ lokakaro vedakaraH sUtrakAraH sanAtanaH ॥ 16 ॥
