॥ सूत उवाच ॥ कदाचिद्गौतमेनैव जलार्थं प्रेषिता निजाः ॥ शिष्यास्तत्र गता भक्त्या कमंडलुकरा द्विजाः ॥ १॥

Sūta said:— O brahmins, once Gautama sent his disciples there for water. Carrying out his orders they reached the spot with the water-pots in their hands.

english translation

॥ sUta uvAca ॥ kadAcidgautamenaiva jalArthaM preSitA nijAH ॥ ziSyAstatra gatA bhaktyA kamaMDalukarA dvijAH ॥ 1॥
