तस्मान्मच्छासनाद्विष्णुस्सृष्टिं साक्षाद्धि नूतनाम् ॥ विधाय मनसोद्दिष्टां तत्सिद्धिं यच्छति ध्रुवम् ॥ ५५ ॥
Hence at my behest, Viṣṇu creates something afresh and accords him the fruit as mentally conceived by him.
