निर्माय प्रेषितं तत्स्वं निर्गुणेन शिवेन च।। अंतरिक्षे स्थितं तच्च पुरुषस्य समीपतः।। १०।।

He created it and sent it to himself by the transcendental and auspicious Lord. That which is situated in space is near the man.
