अस्य खण्डस्य स स्वामी सर्वेशोपि विशेषतः ।। सर्वकामप्रदश्शंभुः केदाराख्यो न संशय ।। २५ ।।

sanskrit

Although he is the lord of the universe still he is particularly the lord of Bharata. There is no doubt that Śiva Kedāra is the bestower of all desires.

english translation

asya khaNDasya sa svAmI sarvezopi vizeSataH || sarvakAmapradazzaMbhuH kedArAkhyo na saMzaya || 25 ||
