विधानेन करिष्यामि युष्मदाज्ञापुरस्सरम् ॥ एवं विधाय संकल्पं दर्भानुत्तरतस्त्यजेत् ॥ ४९॥

उपस्पृश्याप उत्थाय वरणक्रममारभेत्॥ पवित्रपाणिः संस्पृश्य पाणी ब्राह्मणयोर्वदेत् ॥ ५०॥
After touching the water, he should get up and start the order of the vows. With holy hands one should touch the hands of the two brahmins.
