अ॒स्य प्र॒त्नामनु॒ द्युतं॑ शु॒क्रं दु॑दुह्रे॒ अह्र॑यः । पय॑: सहस्र॒सामृषि॑म् ॥ अस्य प्रत्नामनु द्युतं शुक्रं दुदुह्रे अह्रयः । पयः सहस्रसामृषिम् ॥
Towards Soma's ancient body the seers milk the flashing fluid, the sage who grants a thousand boons.
english translation
अ॒यं सूर्य॑ इवोप॒दृग॒यं सरां॑सि धावति । स॒प्त प्र॒वत॒ आ दिव॑म् ॥ अयं सूर्य इवोपदृगयं सरांसि धावति । सप्त प्रवत आ दिवम् ॥
He like the sun is the supervisor (of all acts); he hastens to the lakes, he unites with the seven down-descending rivers from heaven.
english translation
अ॒यं विश्वा॑नि तिष्ठति पुना॒नो भुव॑नो॒परि॑ । सोमो॑ दे॒वो न सूर्य॑: ॥ अयं विश्वानि तिष्ठति पुनानो भुवनोपरि । सोमो देवो न सूर्यः ॥
The purified Soma, like the divine sun, abides above all regions.
english translation
परि॑ णो दे॒ववी॑तये॒ वाजाँ॑ अर्षसि॒ गोम॑तः । पु॒ना॒न इ॑न्दविन्द्र॒युः ॥ परि णो देववीतये वाजाँ अर्षसि गोमतः । पुनान इन्दविन्द्रयुः ॥
Purified Indu, who are devoted to Indra, pour down for our sacrifice, food with milk and curds.
