Phaladeepika
राशेः स्वभावाश्रयरूपर्वणान् ज्ञत्वानुरूपाणि फलानि तस्य । युक्त्त्या वदेदत्र फलं विलग्ने यच्चन्द्रलग्नेऽपि तदेव वाच्यम् ॥ १३॥
After examining the nature, place, form, color, etc., of any particular Rasi. one ought to intell 1 gently guess the effects thereof. Whatever have been declared as the effects arrising out of a particular Rasi being the Lagna, the same should also be said to come to pass, if the sign happens to be occupied by the Moon.
english translation
rAzeH svabhAvAzrayarUparvaNAn jJatvAnurUpANi phalAni tasya । yukttyA vadedatra phalaM vilagne yaccandralagne'pi tadeva vAcyam ॥ 13॥
