राशेः स्वभावाश्रयरूपर्वणान् ज्ञत्वानुरूपाणि फलानि तस्य । युक्त्त्या वदेदत्र फलं विलग्ने यच्चन्द्रलग्नेऽपि तदेव वाच्यम् ॥ १३॥
After examining the nature, place, form, color, etc., of any particular Rasi. one ought to intell 1 gently guess the effects thereof. Whatever have been declared as the effects arrising out of a particular Rasi being the Lagna, the same should also be said to come to pass, if the sign happens to be occupied by the Moon.
