Phaladeepika
यद्भावगः पाकपतिर्दशेशात्- तद्भावजातानि फलानि कुर्यात् । विपक्षरिःफाष्टमभावगश्चेद्- दुःखं विदध्यादितरत्र सौख्यम् ॥ २९॥
Whichever Bhava counted from the Dasanatha is occupied by the Bhuktinatha, it is only the effects arising from that Bhava that will come to pass in that Bhukti. When the Bhuktinatha occupies the 6 th, the 8 th or the 12 th house reckoned from the Dasanatha, the effect will be unhappy. At other houses, it will be good.
