Phaladeepika
धर्मे तदीशे वा मन्दयुक्ते दृष्टेऽपि वा चरे । जातो दत्तो भवेन्नूनं व्ययेशे बलशालिनि ॥ २६॥
If the 9 th house or its lord being in a moveable sign is conjoined with or aspected by Saturn and if the lord of the 12 th house be strong, the child born is sure to be adopted by another.

dharme tadIze vA mandayukte dRSTe'pi vA care । jAto datto bhavennUnaM vyayeze balazAlini ॥ 26॥
