Phaladeepika
आधानल्ग्नात्सुतभेशजन्म भाग्येऽपि वा पुण्यवशाच्च वाच्यम् । आधनलग्ने शुभदृष्टियोगे दीर्घयुरैश्वर्ययुतो नरः स्यात् ॥ ३२॥
If a birth takes place in a Lagna which is the 5 th or the 9 th from the Adhana Lagna, it should be declared as through the effects of the native's good actions done in previous births. If benefics should occupy or aspect the Adhana Lagna, the person born will be endowed with long life, wealth and happiness.

AdhAnalgnAtsutabhezajanma bhAgye'pi vA puNyavazAcca vAcyam । Adhanalagne zubhadRSTiyoge dIrghayuraizvaryayuto naraH syAt ॥ 32॥
