Patanjali Yog Sutra
सदा ज्ञाताश्चित्तवृत्तयस्तत्प्रभोः पुरुषस्यापरिणामित्वात् ॥४-१८॥
Because the Atman, the Lord of the mind, is unchangeable, the mind’s fluctuations are always known to it.
english translation
उस चित्त के स्वामी अर्थात आत्मा के अपरिवर्तनशील होने से उसे चित्त की सभी वृत्तियों का सदा ज्ञान रहता है ।
hindi translation
