आद्यो भ्रमरकः कार्यस्त्रिकं च परिवर्तयेत् । आस्कन्दितः पुनर्वामः शकटास्यश्च दक्षिणः ॥ ४५॥

The first is the movement of the bee, which should be performed with a circular motion. The second is when the left side ascends, and the third is the movement of the cart-wheel on the right side.

english translation

Adyo bhramarakaH kAryastrikaM ca parivartayet । AskanditaH punarvAmaH zakaTAsyazca dakSiNaH ॥ 45॥
