यस्मिन् देशे निषीदन्ति विप्रा वेदविदस्त्रयः । राज्ञश्चाधिकृतो विद्वान् ब्रह्मणस्तां सभां विदुः ॥ ११ ॥

sanskrit

Where three Brahmanas versed in the Vedas and the learned (judge) appointed by the king sit down, they call that the court of (four-faced) Brahman.

english translation

yasmin deze niSIdanti viprA vedavidastrayaH । rAjJazcAdhikRto vidvAn brahmaNastAM sabhAM viduH ॥ 11 ॥
