Manusmriti
ये कार्यिकेभ्योऽर्थमेव गृह्णीयुः पापचेतसः । तेषां सर्वस्वमादाय राजा कुर्यात् प्रवासनम् ॥ १२४ ॥
Let the king confiscate the whole property of those (officials) who, evil-minded, may take money from suitors, and banish them.

ye kAryikebhyo'rthameva gRhNIyuH pApacetasaH । teSAM sarvasvamAdAya rAjA kuryAt pravAsanam ॥ 124 ॥
