बलीनां सम्यग आदानाद धर्मतश चानुशासनात निकामवर्षी पर्जन्यः सफीतॊ जनपदॊ ऽभवत ॥ २-३०-२ ॥
'Thanks to his fair taxation and virtuous governance, the rains were abundant according to the people's needs, and the cities and towns thrived in prosperity.' ॥ 2-30-2 ॥
